The inquiry form collects the following, only when you choose to submit it:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Phone number, when voluntarily provided
• Inquiry message, when voluntarily provided
• The property or page connected with your inquiry
• Your marketing-consent choice
• Technical submission context, such as the page URL and title, the date and time of submission, and basic security information processed by the form and hosting services

This form does not request sensitive personal data (for example, information about health, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or biometric data). Please do not submit sensitive personal data through the message field.

B. Primary purposes

Your data is used to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Provide the property or investment information you requested
• Arrange follow-up conversations, calls or viewings
• Maintain an appropriate record of our communications
• Protect the website and form against fraud, abuse and spam
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

C. Optional secondary purposes

If you separately opt in, we also use your email to send:

• Property opportunities, updates and editorial content

These communications require the separate, optional marketing checkbox on the form. Declining marketing consent never prevents you from sending an inquiry. You can withdraw this consent at any time, using the email address above or the unsubscribe link included in any marketing message.

D. Service providers and international processing

Some personal data is processed by service providers acting on our behalf, strictly to operate this website and respond to your inquiry:

• HubSpot — used for CRM, form records and, only with your consent, marketing communications. HubSpot account data for this site is hosted in the United States (US East region).
• SiteGround — used for website hosting and technical infrastructure.
• Other technical providers, strictly when necessary to operate, secure or maintain the website.

We do not sell personal data.

E. Data retention

Inquiry data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, for follow-up, to meet legal obligations and to address potential liabilities, after which it will be blocked or deleted as applicable. Marketing information is retained until you withdraw consent or until it is no longer necessary for that purpose.

F. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

G. ARCO rights and revocation

Under applicable Mexican data protection law, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose (“ARCO”) the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, write to joaquin@bricrealestateplaya.com and include:

• Your full name
• A contact method for our response
• Proof of your identity or, if applicable, your legal representation
• A clear description of the personal data involved
• The specific ARCO right or action you are requesting
• Any information that helps us locate your data

We will communicate our determination within 20 business days and, if appropriate, make it effective within the following 15 business days, subject to any legally permitted extensions. You may also revoke your consent or ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your data at any time, using the same email address.

Any changes to this notice will be published on this same page and identified by an updated revision date above.

I. Third-party services

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or another third-party platform instead of this form, that interaction is subject to that platform's own privacy terms, not this notice.

J. Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently install the HubSpot tracking script and does not intentionally use advertising cookies. This section will be reviewed and updated before any such technology — including analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or a scheduling tool such as Calendly or HubSpot Meetings — is added to the site.
